It was that time again: JUMO once again hosted one of its popular "Introduction Days" to provide new trainees, dual students, and FOS interns with an exciting start to their professional careers.
This event consistently receives great feedback from both participants and their parents, as everyone feels comfortable and part of the large JUMO family from the very beginning.
"Our new team members receive comprehensive information and initial insights into our company. They not only get to know JUMO as a leading system and solution provider but also experience the partnership-based corporate culture that we have been living for 77 years," explains Tamara Stauch, Head of Commercial Training. "The Introduction Days aim to reduce initial uncertainties and promote exchange between new and experienced trainees," Stauch adds.
Dr. Steffen Hoßfeld, Managing Director of JUMO, warmly welcomed the future trainees and their parents and presented the company. While the parents received a company tour, the young talents participated in a World Café where various training topics were discussed. HR Manager Alexandra Dantmann explained the idea behind the event and emphasized the importance of these initial insights for a successful start at JUMO.
