In spring 2022, 12 apprentices from JUMO GmbH & Co. KG successfully passed their exams and have now received their certificates during a ceremony with JUMO management, trainers, and the works council.
The relaxed Corona measures have made it possible for the first time in a long time to have a trainee farewell in attendance. JUMO managing director and shareholder Bernhard Juchheim was therefore particularly pleased to be able to personally congratulate the successful trainees and present them with a small gift.
"Their training has been a real obstacle course over the last two years. But they have mastered all the hurdles with flying colors and even achieved the final grade 'very good' three times," Bernhard Juchheim emphasized in his welcoming speech. "With their successful vocational qualifications, all doors are now open to them, because qualified specialists will be more in demand than ever in the coming years," Juchheim continued.
"JUMO was named Germany's best metrology training company by FOCUS magazine this year. The above-average performance of our apprentices for years is the best proof that our concept under the motto 'more than education' works," explained Frank Blasinger, head of industrial training at JUMO.
Bernhard Juchheim thanked the trainers Thomas Plur, Sebastian Krenzer, Frank Decher, and Raphael Gutmann. "Even in these difficult times, they intensively supervised the apprentices and optimally prepared them for the exams."
